Print design can consist of anything from in-store retail signage, magazine ads and billboard ads to coaster design, direct mailers and anything that gets designed and physically produced. I’ve worked on print-based marketing projects that are one-off pieces and also campaigns that were marketed for days, weeks and months.

A majority of my marketing experience lies in print design from working on a team for a cannabis dispensary, which lasted a little over 3 years. The team started with just three of us and grew to a team of 6 over those three years.

Currently, I work as a pre-press technician on a team of four, preparing print files at a sign shop that has franchise locations across the nation. This requires knowing the ins and outs of what each printer needs and careful attention to detail in order to fulfill custom orders.
